As a result, iEmerge Vision: To establish empowered Youth, proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Mission: To influence and inspire Youth to live for Christ without fear. PRIMARY PRINCIPLES: INnovate Innovation can be seen as a process that renews or improves something that exists and not, as commonly assumed, an introduction of something better. The goal in establishing a Kingdom Life Youth Organization is to foster creative thinking in the development of programs and social venues, keeping our youth engaged. INtergrate A council (iEC = The iEmerge Council) comprised of the current youth leadership team and five representatives from the youth body (10 at all time representing God's Divine order) will govern the activities of the first Friday of each month. The third Friday will be dedicated towards relevant issues relating to Christian Youth. INspire To stimulate interest, and continuous improvement in the lives of young people. To cultivate growth in their relationship with God. INvolve This is the important step, and critical to the success of the iEmerge concept. Every quarter, five youth will be asked to sit as members of the iEC with the intent to involve each and every young person between the ages of 12-40 in the planning and coordination of social and church service activities.
